Lovely
Large room with very comfy bed. Check in was smooth and easy. The only issue I had is the extractor fan was very loud in the bathroom. It stayed on with the light after you enter the bathroom but doesn't go off for a considerable amount of time making it difficult to get back to sleep due to the noise. Apart from that it was lovely.

Special place
This was our first time we stayed at the dolphin hotel, we had a lovely time, room excellent, staff and service excellent, definitely would stay again.

Lovely spot
Had lovely stay, perfect location , staff and food good, will take a lot of work to build trade up again. Only criticism really is the bedroom was cold and would have liked a bigger bed. But would Def be worth a visit

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

General Policy

Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is reflected in the terms and conditions of your booking.
If the booking is cancelled before 23:59 - 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total
No shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Any cancellation of ongoing stays must be within the cancellation window otherwise the affected nights will be charged.

Notwithstanding any other provision the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for any reason in its sole discretion and will not be liable to the customer for any damages foreseen and unseen other than for a full refund of any amounts paid.

PETS:
Well behaved small dogs are allowed at an extra fee of £20.00 per night for special appointed rooms only subject to availability. Please note we require a £100.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover damage.

Check in from 14:00 onward - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an earlier check in.

All rooms are non-smoking. Should you choose to smoke in your room the Hotel reserves the right to charge you £150 per night to cover the cost of cleaning the room and for the disruption caused.
The hotel reserves the right to recover the costs of any damage caused to your room during your stay, this includes any items missing when you leave as well as any disturbance or nuisance caused to other hotel guests.
By signing this document you authorise the hotel to charge your credit/debit card for any outstanding charges that you may have on your room bill if you depart without settling these with reception
