Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

General Policy

Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is reflected in the terms and conditions of your booking.
If the booking is cancelled before 23:59 - 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total
No shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Any cancellation of ongoing stays must be within the cancellation window otherwise the affected nights will be charged.

Notwithstanding any other provision the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for any reason in its sole discretion and will not be liable to the customer for any damages foreseen and unseen other than for a full refund of any amounts paid.

PETS:
Well behaved small dogs are allowed at an extra fee of £25.00 per night for special appointed rooms only subject to availability. Please note we require a £100.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover damage.
CHECK IN:
Check in from 14:00 onward - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an earlier check in.
CHECK OUT:
Check out until 11:00 am
SMOKING or Damage:
The hotel is a strictly non smoking property.
Should you choose to damage or smoke in the room, the hotel reserves the right to charge you a minimum of £150.
PARKING:
The rate is inclusive of free limited parking subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for registering their vehicle registration at reception each day.
Your payment card may be debited or pre - authorised once the cancellation deadline has passed.

The hotel reserves the right to recover the costs of any damage caused to your room during your stay, this includes any items missing when you leave as well as any disturbance or nuisance caused to other hotel guests.
