Perfect situation for St Ives
Booking process was friendly and easy with Liz.New reception area is a vast improvement and at check in we were made to feel very welcome.We had booked 7 double rooms overlooking the meadow and river and all the rooms were very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.Breakfast was adequate and plentiful, with cheerful and attentive staff.Only negative things - the tea bags in our room left a lot to be desired; the doors leading to our terrace were a little insecure with only a couple of top bolts; and finally the communal terrace area outside the breakfast room needs attention.Overall The Dolphin is a great location for St Ives and is in the process of upgrading the riverside terrace area which will be a great asset for locals and visitors. We hope you find our feedback constructive. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

General Policy

Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is reflected in the terms and conditions of your booking.
If the booking is cancelled before 23:59 - 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total
No shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Any cancellation of ongoing stays must be within the cancellation window otherwise the affected nights will be charged.

Notwithstanding any other provision the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for any reason in its sole discretion and will not be liable to the customer for any damages foreseen and unseen other than for a full refund of any amounts paid.

PETS:
Well behaved small dogs are allowed at an extra fee of £25.00 per night for special appointed rooms only subject to availability. Please note we require a £100.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover damage.

Check in from 14:00 onward - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an earlier check in.
