Fantastic
A very warm welcome from the staff and from seeth at reception, the room was beautiful and very clean and a stunning view from the balcony, breakfast was served lovely and hot and the breakfast staff were fabulous also. Thank you again and we shall be back.

A lovely welcoming and friendly greeting from Seetsa at the reception, then to a clean warm beautiful room with a view to the river, also a friendly greeting from the staff at breakfast the next morning all food was warm and fresh. Thank you all at the dolphin hotel we shall be coming back.

Dolphin Hotel
Room was nice and warm ,bed was very good . The owners 12 year old son had been painting in the bathroom and it was probably the worst I’ve ever seen,paint on the tiles stainless steel handles on the window needlessly overpainted. The shower was good and for £8.50 the breakfast was adequate . The reception on entering the hotel was good and so was the waiter at breakfast, the old female receptionist on leaving was dour and miserable. On the whole quite a nice Hotel.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

General Policy

Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is reflected in the terms and conditions of your booking.
If the booking is cancelled before 23:59 - 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total
No shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Any cancellation of ongoing stays must be within the cancellation window otherwise the affected nights will be charged.

Notwithstanding any other provision the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for any reason in its sole discretion and will not be liable to the customer for any damages foreseen and unseen other than for a full refund of any amounts paid.

PETS:
Well behaved small dogs are allowed at an extra fee of £20.00 per night for special appointed rooms only subject to availability. Please note we require a £100.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover damage.

The hotel reserves the right to recover the costs of any damage caused to your room during your stay, this includes any items missing when you leave as well as any disturbance or nuisance caused to other hotel guests.
By signing this document you authorise the hotel to charge your credit/debit card for any outstanding charges that you may have on your room bill if you depart without settling these with reception
