The dolphin hotel
The room was very nice and spacious.Staff were lovely to talk too and breakfast was great and plenty of choices too.Lovely stay visiting family will come again hopefully.The view is fabulous by the riverside

Lovely stay at the Dolphin Hotel
Nice comfortable hotel and in the right place on the river to watch the wildlife.Staff all very polite and helpful.Could do with a bit of TLC on the outside such as over grown grass outside the room balconies. Found the bar a bit expensive compared to many of the others. Lovely outside drinking area but not many visitors, could be the price of the drinks. But overall had a lovely stay and would go again.

Stayed a few times now and just gets better every time. Great value for money with the best customer service. Probably the best place for a drink on a sunny day.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 2 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.

General Policy

Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is reflected in the terms and conditions of your booking.
If the booking is cancelled before 23:59 - 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total
No shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
Any cancellation of ongoing stays must be within the cancellation window otherwise the affected nights will be charged.

Notwithstanding any other provision the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for any reason in its sole discretion and will not be liable to the customer for any damages foreseen and unseen other than for a full refund of any amounts paid.

PETS:
Well behaved small dogs are allowed at an extra fee of £20.00 per night for special appointed rooms only subject to availability. Please note we require a £100.00 refundable deposit at the time of booking to cover damage.

Check in from 14:00 onward - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an earlier check in.

All rooms are non-smoking. Should you choose to smoke in your room the Hotel reserves the right to charge you £150 per night to cover the cost of cleaning the room and for the disruption caused.
The hotel reserves the right to recover the costs of any damage caused to your room during your stay, this includes any items missing when you leave as well as any disturbance or nuisance caused to other hotel guests.
By signing this document you authorise the hotel to charge your credit/debit card for any outstanding charges that you may have on your room bill if you depart without settling these with reception
